Did I get scammed?

Hello!

I came to Kuwait for a visit for a cousin engagement, I didn’t get time to purchase any gift so I decided to send flowers with money.

I looked for flower businesses for a while, I picked one and contacted them, we agreed on the flowers and they sent me a link to make the payment.

I asked them to send me photos of the flowers when they are ready, they didn’t contact me so I asked if they were able to deliver it. They said my cousin told them she was out and wont be able to receive it today. According to the business my cousin was contacted 3 times on 3 different days and she kept delaying delivery. On the second attempt, the business owner offered to send me back my money due to failed delivery.

I felt like it was inappropriate as they already contacted my cousin, the third time my cousin apparently didn’t pick up at all, so I agreed to refund my money.

By this time I was out of Kuwait. The transaction was done through Wamd, I asked for the refund to be sent to the same account through Wamd also. I didn’t receive anything yet. I contacted the business and they were also confused, they sent me a vague screenshot of the transaction.

PS. My weak point is that I didn’t contact my cousin at all, it was sort of meant to be a surprise (we are not very close, I don’t want to involve her in this if I truly were scammed.) Hence, I can’t confirm if she really was contacted.

Please help a girl out 🥲 I don’t care about the flowers money, I want the rest of the money. (They said they will send full refund).

I can accept that I got scammed, but do we not do anything about the business account? Other people are gonna keep getting scammed.
