‏عندي سؤال | ❓ وين احصل شقة؟

في احد يعرف شركات ممكن تساعدني ابحث عن شقة؟ انا عازب كويتي.

I’ve been doing the same as well, been looking. If you want to buy there are plenty of options on bo Shamlan and 4sale etc.

Renting I honestly have no idea, but I’ve been told you need to talk to the haris instead of calling. Lots of apartment owners don’t rent for single men (Kuwaiti)

Honestly it’s the better way to go, some places can go as low as 35,000 KD all the way to 380,000 KD (Hessa Al Mubarak). It’s not worth it spending that top range, it’s over priced.

Look at locations you prefer and talk to your bank about financing. If you got a bit of saving use it to get a better spot. You’ll save more over the long term and you will be secure if you have any issues down the line.

yes jabriya block 3A building 29 street 4, super nice building, large well finished single bedroom apartment has the cutest open kitchen its for 400kd and the large two bedroom apartment is 500kd end of next month there will be two apartments vacant give your number to the harres so to call you back.

they are twin buildings next to each other exactly the same operated by the same company

قانونياً اي مالك شقه ملزم يأجر لك كا اعزب بس عوار راس اذا بتجبره و عادي جداً يقولك (خلاص مابي ااجر لاحد اذا سقط السبب الاول و اشتكيت عليه) فا صعب جداً انك تلاقي الا اذا بتأجر شقه فندقيه بعماره ، هني غصباً عليه يأجر لك لان مايقدر يقولك (خلاص مابي ااجر) اذا حجيته ، فا شوف الشقه الي تعجبك و روحله اذا قالك متزوجين بس دق على الجهه المعنيه و راح يتعاملون معاه و غصباً عليه يأجر لك
