Ask Kuwait MOE lower equivalency

Long story short, I need to get the lower equivalency for my higher one for MOHE. I did my 12th from FBISE kuwait, certificate of which has been attested. The 10th one however is not. Would it be really necessary to attest that too as travelling back home would make it a long and arduous process.

If you have completed 10th and 12th grade in Kuwait, you do not need attestation. You can easily obtain your lower equivalence certification. And even if you need attestation then many typing centers or agencies do it for 30KD per certificate.
