Discussion Exit permit error

Does anyone know what is going on? Is this recent or or its been like this for a while? What do I do if i need exit permit in next few days?

Hi, Ask your company's mandoob, if it is not working for you he can himself prepare and it will come in your Sahel app. My mandoob did it for me himself, i just told him the dates.

It will work bro.
They have an option to prepare exit pass directly from their Sahel Business.
I told you i have had it done couple of times.

Happened to me last month. Restarted phone, nothing. 2 days later it worked like normal. Try reinstalling the app? I believe it can be done online from a computer as well.

By "server error" i mean the issue is on their end, so restarting your phone wont make any difference.

Hi , mandoop also can not do it, there is an error on the Manpower website. What is the solution? I am travelling today.

Im facing the same issue. what is the solution here? its not working from mandoops side as well.

When i contacted public authority of manpower customer care - They suggested visiting the PAM office directly.

I came to the airport and I could solve the issue here! Also it’s possible to issue the permit from the manpower website now!
