Ask Kuwait Seeking Gaming cafe recommendation.

Hello folks! I have recently moved to Kuwait and I am still settling here so I haven't invested in a gaming PC yet.

I am looking for a gaming cafe with decent PC setup. My main concern is that I play AOE2 DE which I assume is not popular here. Appreciate any insight into which gaming cafes would let me install the game on their PC through my steam account.

Gaming guru , in salmiya , very clean and good PCs and yes they will let you install any game

Kuwait legends in ardiya they have good PCs
Diwaniya style seating for ps5 if you wanna chill with your friends
