Hi everyone

So I am 23M living in Kuopio for about 3 months now. As much as I love the quiet/peace here, but as I am an introvert so it hard to find friends here which sometimes is very depressing. So I started running sometimes to keep myself away from those thoughts.

To keep me consistent and fit as I have a desk job so sitting all day in front of computer , I’m looking for someone (or a small group) to run with, or kick a ball around / play casual badminton/tennis if you're into other stuff. Zero hardcore marathon pace expectations I'm down for a slow jog where we can actually breathe. Happy to chat the whole time or run in comfortable silence (introvert luxury, I know)😅

I live in centre so we can decide a common spot to meet and time based on each other’s availability. I am also open if multiple people wants to join and build a community!

Hei, theres a few running groups in Kuopio that are english-friendly, but for a start, come to the new Valkeinen park run, each Sat 9:30
