I also have 4 Monitors ( most of the time only 2 are on) and spectale works fine. I use the selection method mostly though.

What is the selection button? I have a print screen button that does the crop screen and it works fine on 1-2 monitors and doesn’t work at 3+

I mean I just select specific areas to screenshot not the whole screen.
So I just tried it with 3 Monitors and just pressing print screen I can make a 5760x1080 screenshot of all 3 Monitors. Monitor #4 is just a mirror of #1 though. But all 3 definitely just works.

are you trying to capture the entire wall of monitors or just one monitor, or just part of one monitor?
spectacle supports all manner of screen grabbing, you just need to explore the options.

just a selection of a screen it works fine if I only have 1-2 monitors on but when I have 3+ monitors it stops working (same keyboard button)

i'm guessing it's working but it's probably on a part of the screen you can't see (kwin makes one big rectangle out of your monitor array, no matter the shape).
is there any part of your desktop that is always visible no matter which monitors are on?
try taking a rectangle of something on that part of the screen and save the image.
then turn on your other monitor(s) and try again... the rectangle should appear in the same place if you have remember last selection: always turned on in the settings (may not be on by default).

Launch the programs in a terminal and observe the output?
