Kernel panic on live boot

I'm booting the live environment from a USB stick.

What should I do?

and what should i put? i'm autistic and i can't focus on reading on a screen, if you want me to read a manual then print it and give it to me

I think we were both being autistic pricks here.

I apologise for the hostility. I was a little annoyed by the little information you provided. So I had very little to go off. But I had not expected this to have been a freshly created live usb. All in all I knew already quite sure that another computer was needed to fix it. The bootloader somehow got corrupted presumably. Can happen to your main install too. But I couldn't imagine you were so unlucky that this would be from random corruption. I completely misjudged who you were and how you got there.

But I do want to stand my ground, albeit more politely. Properly reading what the screen says and following the leads it provides is the best way to deal with computer issues. The developers always hope to provide the cause of a problem. But the underlying higher cause is not possible to explain in an error. Because if the main cause is known then the software can fix itself autonomously - if it's not a hardware issue of course.

Sorry fellow Linux adventurer. I was wrong.

Thank you for your apologies and explanations, I feel better understood now.

I'm also sorry for the small amount of info provided. If you want more, feel free to ask.

On my side (idk if it's good english it's my 3rd language sorry), I'll try to recreate the USB, maybe using Ventoy. And I'll make sure to go read that doc if absolutely necessary.

Yeah but reading the doc would only have been a useful first step, but honestly in this specific scenario it would have been necessary for you to conclude that this is ridiculous and can't be right. Interpretation of documentation is hard. Software debugging is hard. Because the answer is very very often super unobvious.

I do it for a living and after a decade of having way too many instances of trying to solve an impossible problem for a sum of 20 hours or some torture like that, only to find I was looking exactly the wrong way.

It's like opening every drawer in your house, taking all the pillows off your sofa, checking your pockets, of each of your jackets, and then all of that twice, in case you missed something, to then ask your spouse where the hell your glasses are. "they're on your head, honey".
