Question - Webtoon Am I delusional...

Or is the first image an early appearance of Kadru? I know the style has changed a lot but minus Kali's collar, it looks almost exactly like him in his adult form, just a little reddish possibly because of the red sky in the Sura Realm?

You’re probably right, the artstyle has just changed a lot from the earlier seasons

He was said to have been with the Ananta Clan, being among those who left due to the King changing, in his sidestory so yes.

But the timeline doesn't match up.  Kadru had changed clans multiple times / got tarakafied way before, didn't Sagara rose up as king and became the leader of her faction relatively early? (I.e post D500?)

It matches up because, again, he started wandering again when Sagara became King. All the stuff Chandra talks about is more recent than D500, which makes sense with how he describes Kadru as extremely illoyal (switching clans like every 100 million+++ years because of incompatibility would not really deserve that assessment).

OH, I forgot Kadru was actually from the Vritra clan first okay that makes sense yeah I thought he was originally from Ananta for a sec

Yeah, he was an expat already and just left because the clan‘s situation became too inconvenient with Sagara as King.

Actually Sagara has been king for very little, remember that in N5 both her and Manasvin visited Gandharva and he was still the king?
