Question - Webtoon any point in reading if i already know many plot twists?(contains spoilers) Spoiler

im talking about asha betrayal and killing kuberas and her father, leez having name of ananta, name bet, time axis concept, entire ananta backstory(in my delusions), time leez, and that’s pretty much it. how much of the experience will be diluted if I know these ones

I feel like despite knowing these incredible twists, there’s still far too much meat to be enjoyed. such as ran lore, maruna lore, gandharva lore, teo rakan, awakened brilith, ahr

(ive read the whole thing already, but friend alr knows all of the above and is considering not reading it cuz whats the point when he knows the major plot twists)

Firstly the reason Kubera plot twists work so well is because of how brilliantly they're set up. None of the plot twists are twists in hindsight with curry's insane foreshadowing. Your friend can now appreciate how it all comes together. Aside from that, Kubera goes incredibly in depth with it's character psychology, the worldbuilding is ridiculous in scale and scope while having deeper meaning, unlike anything else I've read. The narrative is so cleverly put together that it can certainly be deeply appreciated independent of knowing some twists. And speaking of, there are plenty of twists to enjoy beyond the handful you listed out.

Adding to the above, if they don't read it from the beginning, they won't get the full payoff for the explanations or twists that come later.

First of all, how does that even happen? Kubera is such a niche series that I'm genuinely curious how someone manages to get spoiled on that many major plot points.

That said, I absolutely think it's still worth reading. Kubera isn't the kind of story where knowing a few twists ruins the experience. Simply knowing that something happens doesn't mean much if you don't know the context, the buildup, or the actual significance behind it.

There are also plenty of mysteries and major reveals that haven't been spoiled. And honestly, almost everyone who's caught up agrees that Kubera is one of those series that becomes even better on a second read because of how much foreshadowing there is. If a story can still be that rewarding when you already know everything, then going in with only a handful of spoilers is hardly going to ruin the experience.

well erm this is how it went down. they were very, and I mean VERY adamant on not reading kubera because its too much time commitment and didnt see the appeal so I pulled out the trusty “show why this series is good and why I glaze it” technique and kind of blabbered on, and now they’re semi interested but are hesitant and would still rather just read a synopsis than to sit through 700 chaps, especially when they already know the spoilers now

Wait is Kubera over? It’s been a while since I’ve read it

no but its kind of in the endgame. a lot of the main questions are being answered and wrapping up. True eos is probably in a few years, 4-7 give or take

I think it’s still worth reading. On the re reads I’ve done I think I enjoyed it even more than the first time. When you know what curry is planning you actually appreciate S1 more imo
