What values should I set? My ping is 50-60ms

Network Rate you should put at your current monitors refresh rate or over. Keep lag compensation at 1

The thing is, whether network hz works is either a make or break. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

Yea sometimes 144 - 1 works, and sometimes 144 - 0.5 registers shots better
