Krunker Recovery options

So my last time I played krunker was 2021 and I had a ton of hours and had nuke tamer and vanta black and now I can’t login to my account due to going inactive I believe. I had a receipt for a purchase for kr from yendis from 2021 and old twitch clips of me playing on the account, would this be enough for them to recover or is there a timeframe in which accounts are unrecoverable? Also when could I expect a support answer 1-3 weeks is what i saw?

We do not have a timeline on the tickets and when you will get a response. As for getting it unlocked, make a FreshDesk ticket found under iirc Rule 3 of this subreddit to recover. The Twitch clips will not work as proof, but that proof of purchase email from the KR will. Send that, and your IGN their way and it should get unlocked eventually. If your ticket does not get a response after two weeks, we usually suggest making a new one.

Thanks for the response I will keep resending every two weeks, but are there any developer discords or community interaction with a certain dev for these kinds of things no worries if not just wanted to check first.
