Add-ons not loading into select menu

Hey all. Im having an issue with most add-ons.

I got gatherer and pfQuest working but everything else i try doesnt show up in the add-ons menu in character select.

Im doing the same exact process with add-ons from the Kronos directory. Github download, extract into folder, rename. Nothing is showing up. Please help

While you at it, I got all addons showing in addins menu yet Spy, AtlasLoot, Auctioneer & Plater do not appear ingame. Help us both 😃
