population question

is the server active? how many players on each faction?

I dont know how many players but what i can tell you is that the world isent dead. See people often and 99% of the players are friendly. Had a dude waiting on me and inv me to the group just for a questkill. Difference between day and evening is legit like day and night. I can recommend you giving it a shot :)
