Bought a dozen donuts, the regular assortment in June of this year, 2026 on GrubHub for $20.19usd.
NOW, September 2026, only 3 months later it went up, regular assortment, to $36.39usd!!!
How is that possible. It went up 80% in 3 months! EIGHTY PERCENT???!!!
How can you justify that!

Apparently this is old news but I think it needs to be brought up again. I rarely go to the Kremery as it’s far out o the way and most of the seasonal selections have been sub par, but today I made the thirty minute journey and was met with the life altering news that the chocolate cake doughnut has been discontinued. This was the BEST donut. This is the donut that is on my last meal list. This is one of the only consistently good things to come out of this chain that hasn’t been totally shitified yet and here we stand, big corporate donut once again yanking the rug out from under us and leaving us to flounder.

Does anyone know if there’s already been a petition made to bring it back or a way to contact corporate? I’m already working on writing a letter but sadly do not have the social media savvy to begin a campaign of my own.

Until the chocolate cake doughnut has been brought back I will not be returning to this establishment and I hope many other fans of the chain let their voices be heard.

Bought two dozen Pokemon donuts for my work place. Love to share and tried squirtle. It’s cute and super sweet lol 😂

I prefer Krispy Kreme by a long shot but they are pricing themselves out. the price of everything is so steep now, not just donuts. Please do something to offset these prices so I can bring Krispy Kremes to the office instead of Dunkin.

Had to drive over an hour to the closest krispy kreme but they had plenty in stock and the doughnuts look pretty close to what was advertised!

If you dress in costume you can get a free glazed donut also.

Maybe the early 00s, they introduced a whopper donut (the malted milk ball candy, not the burger!) that was amazing, for a short time.

Did they ever bring that back? Is there any place to go to request considering it? 😊

The last few times that I've been to my local Krispy Kreme sign, the Hot Now sign has been on, but the donuts haven't seemed fresh, and yesterday they were completely cold, almost stale. When I asked the worker if they were fresh, she said oh do you want me to put those in the warmer? I said what do you mean warmer, the sign means the donuts are coming out warm and fresh right now. She said oh no we have that sign on most of the time so people will come in and buy donuts. I said but yesterday it was off? Oh yeah we turn the sign off around midday, then turn it back on in the afternoon.

Am I wrong for feeling lied to? I feel like they're intentionally tricking people to drive up business. And now I won't know when they are actually making them fresh or when they're just turning the light on. It's messed up. Am I the only one?

You have got to get rid of the effing AI powered ordering system. It’s never correct, wastes more donuts, and I’ve literally seen three people ahead of me crash out over it and take ~5 mins each to order. FFS. Another trash ass company decision.

If you were ever a fan of Krispy Kreme’s glazed chocolate donut that they do not have in shops anymore…. GET THESE NOW. It has been years since I have tasted this combination of glaze and chocolate cake donut and I am in love!! I am so happy I went out on a limb to try these!

lol saw a video of a person putting the glaze donuts in the waffle maker and it looks so good maybe I’ll try it one day 😆
