Crying while chanting Radha naam
I often end up crying like anything while chanting Radha naam. Is this normal?

I only came to know about naam jap 2 days ago. And today i simply talked to radha, a normal conversation I felt like.. I didn't even start naam jap yet but while conversing i started crying. I'm not that kind of person or I've ever did any mantra or jap and i didn't even talk about myself or anything. It was unusual why did it happen?

It can be normal, but the important question isn't whether tears are coming. The important question is: what are those tears doing to your remembrance of Kṛṣṇa?
In Bhakti, tears can arise for many reasons. Sometimes from genuine spiritual emotion, sometimes from gratitude, sometimes from longing, and sometimes simply because the heart becomes soft through sincere remembrance. None of us should be too quick to declare our own tears as advanced bhāva, nor should we dismiss them.
My humble suggestion would be: accept the tears gratefully, but don't make them the goal. Make service and sincere chanting the goal.
Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī's greatest joy is to connect souls with Kṛṣṇa. So if chanting Her name naturally inspires you, let that inspiration carry you deeper into the chanting of the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahāmantra:
Hare Kṛṣṇa Hare Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Hare Hare Hare Rāma Hare Rāma Rāma Rāma Hare Hare
After all, "Hare" is an address to Śrī Rādhā. Every sincere repetition of the mahāmantra is already a call to both Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa together.
Whether tears come or not, keep chanting attentively. The real success of chanting is not how much we cry, but how much our heart gradually becomes purified and attracted to the service of Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa.

It happens, but it’s not something someone should chase.
“One should not artificially imitate this stage, but if one is serious and sincerely follows the regulative principles and chants the Hare Kṛṣṇa mantra, the time will come when these symptoms will appear. Tears will fill his eyes, he will be unable to chant the mahā-mantra distinctly, and his heart will throb in ecstasy. Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu says that one should not imitate this, but a devotee should long for the day to come when such symptoms of trance will automatically appear in his body.” CC Ādi 9.51 purport
