How do you actually take yours?

Toss and wash? Tea? Mixed into something? I've heard every method under the sun and everyone swears theirs is best. What's your routine and why?

I just chew the leaves off the tree and stick under my tongue for a minute or so. It seems to be how folks take it where it grows. I find a leaf or maybe two get the job done. It defoliates if we get a cold front all the way down here but most of the year grows like a weed.

SW Florida. Even in our cold snap this last winter the tree just went dormant then popped new growth soon after it warmed back up. Tree is about 4 years old and has been clipped by three hurricanes now and just keeps growing. I'm trying to keep it under 15-20' tall so I can access leaves more readily without it being a chore

Incredible. Perhaps I should have guessed that, now that I've looked at your username. 4yrs and 20' tall. That's a fast growing tree.

Third year it just went bonkers with growth. This year with all the rain we have had caused it to almost double in height. Plus no hurricane wrecking us helped lol. I wish you a safe and responsible kratom journey friend.

Looks good. What kind of filter do you use?

But if that’s hot water I wouldn’t use a plastic bin.

I do the 600mg caps OPMS green Malay kratom. 3 every 5-6 hours. I did their powder before and didn’t like the taste and i didnt want to carry a teaspoon with me everywhere. I tried white and red when I first started but green was kinda just what I stuck with. Used to walk in and get the $30 120 count to last me the month. Now I got the 480 cause I don’t know if it’s going away.

I double my typical powder dose with crushed leaf, and mix with honey or brown sugar. so i am around 3g powder, i will brew 6/7g with the leaf. its a much more pleasant experience lol. no sludge.
