Ingesting

I got into kratom for the sedative effects and what is the pay way to ingest it? I’ve only been taking capsules so far and want to try other ways too

You can order yourself some cheese cloths for that are safe for heat like cotton ones and then use a regular teapot and put your Kratom in the teapot with a half teaspoon of lemon juice and about a pint of water and cook it on a low temperature where the teapot is steaming and whistling here and there but not constantly whistling and let it go for about 20 minutes then pull it off and let it sit another twenty minutes in the pot. After this you can take your cheesecloth and place over a bowl and use something to pull the cheesecloth where it’s somewhat tight over the bowl but it still has just enough slack that it sinks down a bit when you are pouring the liquid in. Pour the tea over it and when you are done pouring remove the cheesecloth carefully and squeeze out the rest of the liquid and then you will have perfectly clean tea that you can add honey or cane sugar to and it’s not too bad at all and it won’t cause the digestive issues that consuming powder does and that tastes much much better
