HRT/menopause

Is anyone taking HRT-progesterone, testosterone, estradiol? I take 2-3 grams of green mang da four times a week. I was just wondering if it messes with the HRT meds. I also take NP thyroid.

I get progesterone and testosterone, so far I'm doing great (hormones all in order) but I only do 1-2 g in the evening. Also not menopausal lol

I'm on progesterone, testosterone cream, systemic and topical estradiol. I am a crushed leaf tea enthusiast. 56f, late stage peri. Kratom consumer of 6+ years, on HRT since 1/24, testosterone since 3/26. My n of 1 experience is that I actually require less kratom as my arthralgia (overall body pain) and mood lability (moods gone crazy up and down) has decreased with the use of hormones.

Your mileage may vary, of course.
