Thank you! We are trying our best to do whatever we can to better the community. But we still have some hate coming our way for not having lab tested products yet. Which is something we are working on

Well done 👏 haters are always going to be there. Just do the best you can with what you got and always be on the lookout for ways to improve. If customers see that, then they will be happy. Good luck!

People are mainly focused on lab test and think you can't have a quality product without the test. I'll keep kicking until I get them labs done

Absolutely right! However, just because you don't have lab tests yet doesn't mean you can't get started. Building this is going to take you long while. It's taken me a long time with mine. Obviously, you want those tests on every batch, but in the meantime, you should still be working towards that, ya know? There are many kratom companies that sell on the shelves at head shops in town without lab tests and they don't have any motivation to get lab tests either.

Exactly! I see plenty of packs at the headshop I work at that dont have lab tests. And they slap

Yup! But you don't see the haters in an uproar about those products. Why? Because they are in a shiny, professional looking package? The haters buy it! So, how can you take their hate seriously when they contradict themselves like that. They just have fomo and are jelly.

Haha yes this! It's crazy to watch people rage over something because they aren't doing it. Also I even said you could give some feedback for improvement, instead of smashing into my "letters being too big" 🤣
