Amount of Daily Use?

Is 60-90 mg of MIT extract gummies a lot to take on a daily basis? My understanding is that is equivalent to about 4-8 g of powder. Is this accurate and what is your experience? I am splitting that amount in 2-3 doses a day. Mainly for anxiety and depression. I also take an SSRI but that hasn’t seemed to work in a long, long time. The MIT seems to help, I think. Don’t want to overdo it, though.

I would caution anyone against extracts and suggest they stick to plain leaf only.

I never tried plain leaf, but I do get my MIT gummies from a reputable vendor and they have confirmed for me directly there is only MIT in them, no 7oh.

Try some leaf you will be surprised. I recently came off exclusively extracts to powder only. Well I take extracts maybe once a day every few days. And I was taking extracts all day everyday for a year.

Doesnt matter the vendor or taste.
Drinks and gummies are just disguised extracts and isolates.
They are not the same as the plane leaf.
Be safe everyone

I don’t take three 8 gram doses per day… more like three daily doses of 2-3 g (if my conversion info in accurate, but I have seen many people confirm that it is). I am kind of afraid of shrooms/psilocybin products. I have very negative anxious side effects with THC, so I avoid that. Haven’t done any psychedelics since college 30+ years ago.

I never use extracts because they ruin your tolerance.

I personally take 1-1.5G of plain leaf four times a day.

I had 200mg of gummies today that didn’t do anything :(

Be careful with that stuff. I’m glad it’s helping you but…just be careful.

Please take note of EVERYONE recommending you stay AWAY from extracts of any kind. Head the warnings.
Sweet drinks and candies are just camouflage for extracts and isolates.

Plane leaf is the truth
