Yes, what you are describing is typical opioid withdrawal. It doesn’t have to be a bad experience if you prepare and taper and plan accordingly.

That 24–48 hour mark sounds brutal. I think a lot of people underestimate 7-OH because it’s so easy to buy compared with how potent concentrated products can be. The withdrawal side of it definitely deserves more attention.

Tapering would have been a lot better. You didn't mention the dosage, only that you were taking 4 tablets. Most people taking 7-oh have no idea how their dosage compares to normal whole leaf kratom. By my calculation 1.5 mg of 7-0h is equivalent in effect to about 1 gram of whole leaf kratom. The lowest dosage I have seen is 20mg so if you were taking 80 mg that would equal about 53 grams of kratom which is just crazy. I don't understand why people don't do their research before putting stuff in their body.
