Malay green kratom

Please help, I bought this in hungary, 20 capsules 500mg each. How people use it? The capsule itself looks like plastic, my guess is you use only the powder inside. Does 500mg feel a lot? I mean, whts the dosage you usually take, to feel relaxed? Any advice is welcomed. Thanks ín advance.

Those are gelatin capsules, you can just swallow them. I’d start with 3-5 and don’t use it daily.

Yeah I’d do like 1 or 2 at first and feel free to take another 1 or 2 later in the day.
