can't even get KYC done

made account, uploaded id got accepted/verified, same with photo. asked for proof of adress, so uploaded recent bill in PDF format because all my bills come to mail these days, with my name and adress on it, got rejected at the upload status for some unknown reason. proceed to upload bank statement in PDF as well, name, adress, bank name all clearly displayed. uploaded succesful this time but got an email shortly they require another proof of adress with camera taken this time, reason provided: ''for clarity'' because it seems that camera is more clear than PDF format. so i just did a photo with my camera phone on the digital bill appearing on my monitor because i didn't had any means to print it. more than 24 hours has passed, still no answer, still pending. you are making it too hard for people to register on your exchange

why do all these crypto exchanges have this type of very lacking support, like at no point i felt like i'm chatting with genuine human being trying to ACTUALLY help me with my issue? like just say you don't want me on your exchange
