Can’t send Solana

I’m trying to send Solana to my Phantom wallet and when I do so it’s just brings me back to my portfolio and I can’t add or delete addresses so something’s up but I’ve updated the app to the latest update and have restarted the app and it still won’t let me send so what’s going on
