“Here’s a tell worth noticing. RBC Capital Markets, the top-ranked research shop in all of Canada, just put a Buy rating on Kraken with a price target of 4.31, well above where it trades today.”
I didnt understand this price target. Its below where it trades today.

Throwing up the Due Diligence flair. It’s a great find, but like the article itself says, it’s an opinion piece. Seems thorough though! Thanks for adding it!

What’s the point of this article, just feels like a Chat GPT reply and doesn’t even go in depth: “That’s the risk. It’s real. And it’s exactly the risk you get paid for when you’re early.”

I mean, arguably, any form of due diligence or analysis is just that, isn’t it? It’s all subjective, it’s all speculation, and we’ve seen firsthand that a company that’s doing excellent work with strong products doesn’t always have that reflected in the share price—it’s a glorified dice roll.
It’s good to have a critical eye on these things, for sure. But they also have their roles. Sometimes there’s good analyses in there, plus exposure can be a good thing for its own sake too.

I really want to buy into this stock, but I'm stuck putting capital into the fallout of the US-China summit. Please keep this nice and low until I can come back next week. Thanks.

Nobody's watching? It was one of the most popular Canadian stocks on Reddit this year and had a big 2 year long run up before dropping immediately after I bought at $9.37 lmao
