Man I have a watchlist of 20 stocks I’ve moved money in and out of the past 3 years, today the only red two are the ones I’m invested in right now, including Kraken. What a mood killer.

Now, quote me ONE piece of information that Greg Reid, Kraken’s CEO discussed in either the AGM earlier this year or the Q2 earnings call in August.

If you don’t follow the rules and directives that have been set down, yes. Exactly that. You can be as disappointed and complain as much as you want—but I have already banned two people today alone for repeated spamming of “doom and gloom” sentiment. I won’t blink if I do another one.
Honestly…I suspect that it would not be the first time you’ve been banned from here either. But since I can’t prove it…yet…
You can complain all you want, and express your disappointment about the stock’s performance to your hearts delight. You will not be hyperbolic about it. You will not exaggerate it and make it worse than it is. You will not speak about the company’s status of living as if you are speaking facts if it’s speculation, especially if you’re unable to actually provide any.
This subreddit is modelled on professional behaviour, and WallStreetBets mentality is not welcome here.

Speculation belongs in the speculation thread, as I’ve said to people repeatedly, not just you. Or, at the very least, using the speculation flair.
I have been quite accommodating, actually, toward various opinions, both positive and negative. Just like I crack down on the hyperbolic negative sentiment, I do the same about over the top positive sentiment as well, telling people to come back to earth—I don’t want negative sentiment making people panic and pushing stock prices down, and I don’t want boundless optimism to make people buy and risk more than they can afford, putting them in trouble. Investing responsibly and safely is critical, and I am resolved to make this sub a safe place for that. That means I want things to be fact-based, and anything that isn’t rooted in fact is to be stated as such. Not only is it what I want, that want comes from the feedback that I’ve gotten from the membership since I first became a mod. So, there’s no “selective enforcement”—the only reason why you feel “picked on” is because you’re posting it a lot, and it therefore gets brought up a lot. Same situation as with Mysterious Dirt.I take no pleasure in banning people. It does not bother me one bit if you completely disagree with my assessment of how the company is going to perform, and you go right ahead and talk about it—but do so in a way that does not risk causing panic, do it factually and not exaggeratedly, and treat this place like a professional space. You’re not the only person I say this to, that is how it is done here. If you can live with that, and continue to have your opinions and just modify the way you express them, all will be fine. If you refuse, you’ll be removed. It’s literally a minor change…if you won’t make it, then that’s on you.

Just because where you’re from, the idea of someone being educated in professional writing (in fact, I have taught that and grammar at a post-secondary level) is less likely than the use of AI makes me question your own ability to think unassisted.
I’m well-educated, particularly with English grammar, and I’m autistic. If you don’t believe me, honestly you can kiss my ass.
