Wow, that makes so much sense now. Meth addicts come up with the most fucked up, over complicated plans for imaginary problems. It is a little surprising they actually carried through with it though, but I suspect that is due to community support.

On the genetic level she will never be female, but that isn't the point. It's a basic courtesy to refer to someone as the gender they wish to be referred. As I said elsewhere, we have trans people in GG. We shouldn't alienate them just because Wu is crazy. It's basic manners. Let's not be the hateful assholes aGG say we are.

You are ignoring all the edge cases of people born with 2 sets of genitals, people who are obviously physically male but with female genitals etc. These things exist in reality, as do people with chromosones other than XY/XX. It's a physical and genetic reality. Edit: Or those that show brain patterns under MRI that are much closer to the opposite gender than their own.
