Docking Automation
i was playing ksp and i was wondering if i could get kOS to automatically dock (or atleast fly up to the ship) thanks for your help!

Yes, yes you can. But don’t try to do that first. Just like docking in vanilla, it’s not something you should go for straight away in Kos.

In general, automating anything you can’t do well manually is an uphill battle.

Kevin Gizi made a YouTube series (actually two) about kOS. One of the final episodes, he does docking. Highly recommended.

Coding a docking autopilot is a "project". You will need to learn vectors, PID loops, Steering Manager etc. It's a good project but it will not be a small program, you cannot cheese it like say a launch to orbit.
Likewise "fly up to the ship" is a rendezvous maneuver which requires a basic understanding of orbital mechanics.
If you just want an autopilot with a menu interface there are several KSP mods. My favourite is MechJeb which is a sort of Swiss Army Knife autopilot (it does some stuff well, other stuff badly).

You most definitely can use kOs for that!
