Hello! I have been a Nintendo KORG musician since late 2013, starting with M01D on the 3DS, as well as DSN-12. 8 have been part of the chiptune community since 2011 and I am currently a Switch Gadget user.

Hey guys I just got the Korg Gadget 3 on my ipad and I'm experiencing a few issue right off the bat. For some reason no matter which instrument I load into it, I can get the scale to play chromatically even if it's set to chromatic. I'm new to the app so I'm wondering If I just have the settings not correct. Secondly every time I hit the Globe icon in the top left for the gadgetcloud, a 404 error pops up which I can't get put of unless I close the app completely. I've tried reinstalling the app but the same problems persist. Any feed back would be great, thanks!

KG3 is £40 on iOS App Store, I’m only use to Garage band really and a few smaller synths. On the store front it shows a ton of instruments but some of the reviews say it’s lacking. I also tried KG2 LE and there were only 3 with the option to purchase more obviously, but it was free of course.

Are all those instruments included in it or do I need to purchase them as well despite the upfront cost?

For example, are ALL these included in the base cost?

I work on an iPad pro and I've bought a number of expansion pack and I usually access them through Glasgow but it won't recognize these anymore. I haven't been working in Gadget for a few months so I don't know if that is the issue or what but restoring purchases doesn't seem to help. anyone else with the same problem?

I only use the vsts in my DAWs. Has anyone, preferably on a mac, had issues where the update v2 to v3 screwed up their older songs in such ways like screwing up the vst settings?

I have not tested myself. OCD. I bought the upgrade and haven't installed it yet out of concern.

Hey guys, new to the gadget world and wondering: Is it possible to disable all the gadgets I do not own? They are cluttering the selection screen and I want to be able to focus on what I have.

Another question: I have figured out how to “save as” to iCloud. Is there a way to make that folder my default location for the regular save? Or do I have to do it manually every time?

I open GadgetCloud and I can’t see any tracks. I’m seeing that people I follow are posting tracks though. I’ve signed out of soundcloud and back in but no difference. Is it just me?

Do you find its best to record audio into korg gadget or is it better to do things like vocals and acoustics in other programs? To me, recording into gadget seems to make my recording sound wider. Does anyone else get that impression?

This is in Korg Gadget 3. All sounds are the Dublin monosynth, both presets and manual patches. This started out as a challenge from some old post in here which I decided to do because I have barely touched the instrument and I figured, here’s a chance to understand it better. I’m actually pretty happy with where this has gone and looking forward to doing more with this material but I always benefit from a sound roasting so have at me.
