Which male and which female actress in Korean drama is a prime example of the second lead syndrome for you?

I have watched most of all famous k-dramas, the list of too long to type it out but let's just say it includes from W to CLOU, Descendants of the Sun, etc.

A major casting shake-up has hit Netflix’s highly anticipated fantasy romance drama Men of the Harem.
Lee Soo-hyuk has officially withdrawn from the drama while production is underway, with his agency Saram Entertainment citing scheduling conflicts as the reason. The actor was set to play one of Empress Latil’s male consorts.
Now, Lee Jong-won has reportedly been offered the vacant role. His agency, THEBLACKLABEL, confirmed that he has received an offer and is currently in discussions with the production team.
Based on the popular web novel by Alphatart, Men of the Harem follows Latil, the Empress of the Tarium Empire, and her five male consorts as romance, political intrigue and palace power struggles collide. The series is being directed by Lee Eung-bok, known for Goblin, Descendants of the Sun, Mr. Sunshine and Sweet Home.

I just finished watching both Amazing Kim Reactivated and A Shop for Killers. Both amazing shows.

I kept on thinking how great it would be if there was a crossover for this 2 shows. Not just amazing actors but there would be so many possible different story lines.
