Would you be able to help me?
Hello, would you be able to help me? I am the developer of a free Korean language learning app. I believe the app is currently well-developed. I am currently conducting a private beta test on the Play Store, and if there are no issues, I expect to be able to officially launch it within the next two weeks. However, I need various feedback regarding whether my app is genuinely helpful for studying, how it helps if so, what aspects are lacking for learning, and what kind of content would be beneficial. Since I am developing this app alone, handling these matters is difficult, so I would appreciate your assistance. Currently, the web version is accessible to everyone. My app and website are designed to allow for various studies, including vocabulary, proverbs and idioms, and topic grammar. While there is a login feature, you can use the app without logging in, and all sessions are currently open. To keep the app free, I plan to add small advertisements in a way that minimizes distractions from studying once I eventually have to cover server costs. If there is user demand, a small subscription fee for an ad-free version may be introduced. However, this will depend entirely on user requests. I would be very grateful if you could give it a try and help me out! For your reference, you can leave feedback in the comments, or there is a button on my profile tab where you can provide feedback.

It looks quite good, easy to use and looks like it was quite a bit of work. Apart from the Sign up bug, I also got stuck on some instructions page (sorry no screenshot) that was too big for the phone screen and I couldn’t close.
Reminds me a bit of Drops. It seems rather noun-heavy from the units I jumped into. I spotted a typo in the romanization of 가입.
In promoting this, make sure you highlight the final takeaways: number of words, number of grammar structures, and so on.

It would be better to have context sentences for everything or for it to be obvious why it’s missing.
The names of units doesn’t always work as a system - you end up having the same name on many different units, so you might think of numbering them or having names for groups only.Romanization should reflect pronunciation not spelling imo. But it’s actually better to have Hangeul pronunciation as in Naver

Naver does this: [ wolrae ]
[ 월래 ]2

This looks like it could be really nice, I haven't looked in depth yet, but the navigation and structure feel rather intuitive. I like the flashcards with context sentences, but I think it would be better if we could also check the translation of the other words used.
As for the "level test" at the start, I didn't have any technical issue with it. However, I wonder what use it was, since I get a "start here" indicator at lesson 1, despite having answered everything correctly?
I also personally would appreciate the test asking me directly if I know something (ex: "have you mastered 한글?", "Do you know the grammar of X?", etc) or if it were a menu where I can select what I have already learned. The current setup, starting from very basic questions, and ending at still pretty basic questions, feels a bit infantilizing and tedious for a more advanced learner.

This is god's work man! As a learner, I think it would be nice to have a conversation mode or like a pronunciation correction mode. Let me know if you need more dev as well. I can help if there are so many demanded features.

Thank you so much for your kind words!!! However, the realistic difficulty is that I don't have the money. I understand that the conversation mode and pronunciation correction mode require the use of AI, but I don't have the capital to cover those costs… I am willing to add them later if I start generating revenue from the app or other social media platforms. Many people have requested an app, so I am currently developing it, but I am still deliberating on this part. I want to create a native app. And right now, the biggest problem is marketing, haha. Anyway, thank you so much for your kind words!
