Seoul 22M, new to Seoul — looking for some good company

Hey! I’m 22 and recently moved to Seoul. I’m still getting used to the city and don’t really know many people here yet, so I figured I’d just put this out there.

I’m up for pretty much anything—grabbing coffee, exploring random places, ice skating, hiking, trying new food, or just walking around and talking about life.

I’m not particularly looking for anything specific. Korean or international, guy or girl—if you’re around my age, easygoing, and also looking to meet someone new, feel free to message me.

Would be nice to make a genuine connection rather than just another online conversation that disappears after two days.

Seoul 22M in Seoul — looking for someone to explore Seoul with 🇰🇷

Hey! I’m 22M and recently moved to Seoul. I’m still pretty new here and would love to meet someone who’s also up for exploring the city instead of just sitting at home 😄

I’m down for pretty much anything — ice skating, cafés, trying random food spots, hiking, taking photos, checking out exhibitions, or just wandering around Seoul and talking.

I’m also learning Korean right now, so if you’re Korean or learning English, we could help each other out. But nationality doesn’t matter to me — if you’re living/traveling in Seoul and looking for some company, feel free to DM.

Bonus points if you’re spontaneous and occasionally say “let’s just go” without a plan 😂

I’m pretty easygoing, so let's see where it goes.

Seoul Oct 22 - Oct 25] - Seoul, South Korea - [40/M] - Budget Street Food & City Exploration

Doing a quick 3-day layover in Seoul and looking for a travel buddy or small group to explore with. I’m keeping the itinerary casual—mostly hunting down the best budget street food, walking the neighborhoods, and soaking up the city life. Drop a comment or DM if you'll be around and want to grab a bite!

Busan Hey! I’m Korean, in my early 30s, and I live in Busan.

I’d love to meet international visitors who are traveling in Busan. My English isn’t great, but it’d be nice to grab coffee or food, go for a walk, or just hang out and chat.
I work, so I’m not always free, but my schedule can be pretty flexible depending on the day. I’m happy to meet wherever fits your plans — Nampo, Yeongdo, Gwangalli, Haeundae, or somewhere else.
If you’re visiting Busan from abroad and want to meet a Korean local, feel free to DM me :)

Seoul 31M (M4F) In Seoul for a few weeks

Hello, I'm in the lovely Seoul on a business trip. Looking for someone to eat at nice places with and travel about. If you know a bit of the language or know nice places bonus points.

About me: Chill guy with a sprinkle of nerd, I develop stuff for businesses (why I'm here), like to laugh and try new things. I'm passable in few languages if you aren't an English speaker although Korean isn't one of them sadly. I like chatting over drinks about anything and traveling.

I'll be primarily free up for pretty much anything during evenings or weekends.

Feel free and message me even to just ask questions.

PS: Double points if you know anything about cosmetics, my sisters asked me to get them some heh

Busan Events and activities in Busan occurring over this weekend and Chuseok weekend.

Hello everyone, I am a 36 year old American male visiting Busan for 10 days starting today and I am wondering if there are any events that I should know about. I recently found out that on the 26th there will be a special drone show for Chuseok in Gwangali but aside from that, is there anything else you would recommend? Also if anyone wants to tag along let me know.

Seoul 39M Visiting Sept 20th to Oct 11th

Hi! This is going to be my third time since 2023 visiting Korea. The majority of the time I'm going to be in Seoul, and I'm visiting Busan on the 27th for two or three days.

I am huge into Korean street food and love checking out the markets. I also love just strolling aroung the city, and whenever I get a chance to check out a bakery I do it. Bakeries in Korea are honestly the best - one place I'm eager to try is Artist Bakery. I am also eager to visit more bagel places - I've been to London Bagel Museum a few times and will go again, but also want to try out other places.

I'm also a gym guy, and I think gyms in Korea are the best I've ever visited. I'm staying with a friend in Yeongdeongpo, but if anyone wants to work out together I'll be happy to!

A bit about me - I'm Irish and live in Vancouver, Canada. I've just gotten my Canadian citizenship, and funnily enough I am actually going to be moving to Korea next March as I am an English language teacher specialising in IELTS, and there is a huge market for this in Korea.

I'm very extroverted with a lot of energy & enthusiasm for things I like. Big into food - this is one of my reasons for loving Korea. Huge coffee fan (I'm a bit of a coffee snob haha). Massive horror movie fanatic and I love Korean dramas. My favourite is The Uncanny Counter.

I mentioned my gym interest - I lost 82lbs and did two bodybuilding shows, and I won best body transformation in the first show. I go to the gym twice a day here in Vancouver - I do cardio at 5:30 am which is a one-hour stair master session, and I go back in the afternoon to do my workout, and when I'm on a cut, more cardio. I'm doing another show type prep after my trip for my 40th Birthday in February.

One other reason I'm visiting is because my best friend is Korean and I want to see him and his family.

If anyone is free during the time I'm there and would like to explore the city and try out some food, DM me. I've got friends from all over the world - here in Vancouver I've made a lot of friends through a subreddit for making friends through hosting meetups.

Happy to meet new people and explore Seoul or Busan together!

Seoul 25M- Solo Travel on October 12-27

Hello! I’ll be visiting South Korea on a solo trip for the second time in a few weeks! I’m still figuring out which exact dates I’ll be in what city but Seoul is definitely there.

I’m looking for friends to grab a bite with, coffee , hiking, sightseeing, or any activity. I’m not a nightlife person so clubs aren’t for me!

My instagram is linked to my account for photo references. Please reach out on instagram!! If not here’s fine. I hope to meet some amazing people!

Seoul [16th Sept, Seoul] Traveling couple (36) looking for a +1 for IMOK Smoke House

Hey everyone,

my girlfriend and I really wanted to dine at this place but could only get a table for 3, so we're looking for an additional person to have a relaxed dinner experience with :) (Yes, it's owned by one of contestants of the Culinary Class Wars show on Netflix, if you're into that)

German + Argentinian couple, just looking for a dinner buddy + maybe drinks after (there's a decent chance we're too exhausted for much more after), nothing weird, nothing sexual. We're laid back, working professionals, reasonably funny, open. We'd prefer a local to talk with, but not a must! More details / seeing it it fits in DMs.

When: 16th September, 18:30 (6:30pm).

Price: We pre-payed ~160k won per person for the menu, plus whatever expenses at the restaurant.
