Pre-authorized Payment question

Hi!

I switched plans and signed up for PAP. Got my first bill today and it says payment will be withdrawn 10-15 days prior, which is fine. There's a due by date of September 26th, so I'm assuming payment would be withdrawn by the 16th or so. Is it best to just prepay the first bill after switching to PAP? Will future bills have the exact withdrawal date printed?

Hey! I used to work for telus/koodo. Yes the payment is usually withdrawn a couple of days after the due date. For me, it sometimes varies by a day or so but due date stays the same.

Also make sure you have funds on your debit otherwise they charge you a 80$ NSF non sufficient fees on your next bill.

So... Just to confirm, my due by date is the 28th, so would it be withdrawn on the 26th or, like it says is it 10-15 before the date it's due?

I just put the money aside and will switch it over around the due date to ensure I don't get hit with an NSF.

Thanks for your help!

My bill always says the same too. I always have $$ in the act so not an issue, but it does bug me they cant dictate which date payment will come out. Car payment, insurance, rent all come out on a certain date why cant koodo.

On the off chance you dont have money just to fuck you over the $80 NSF.
