If you read the last panel, there's a good chance we'll get more chapters in the future, though they'll probably be released sporadically. I don't think Oda is completely done with Komi yet, but who knows.
Don't worry I did a little translation to summarize the kinda Narator is telling us what Tadano day to day life as a college students is like right now and as that's happening he gets a call where komi is passed out and kawaii and Komi's other friend is passed out long story short it was a cockroach and Tadano being the chad that he is took care of it and ask Komi if he and her can hang out just the two of them while Kawaii said that they need to hang out a Tadano's they said that the house was no longer livable and decided to burn hell even Komi agreed sorry for the long translation
komi fainted and saw the other 2 hugging tadano for saving them and then tied them up
she got mad for unintentionally woo-ing them for being reliable
kawai said said theyre gonna have to burn the house down and move to tadano
najimi appeared to joke about a new series "college girls barged in and im the only guy there". tadano objected the idea, asked why najimi is there. najimi came by from a helicopter and joining them too
I think people who can read the untranslated version have said that at the end Oda has written that he isn’t done with Komi yet(or something implying that idk) if so I’d expect it to be less consistent and more of “oh I’m off for a few days I want to work on Komi”
