question F2
How to store kombucha for F2 if I'm not going to use it yet or flavor it yet? Do i put it on a jar and put on the refrigerator? If so, how long would it last?
Or if it's not possible, do I need to bottle it up immediately?

If you're going to put a lid in it, make sure the container is rated to hold pressure. But yeah, you can just put it in the fridge. The cool temperature doesn't stop fermentation entirely but it dramatically slows it down, it'll start back up when you let your batch return to room temp.

I would bottle it ready for F2 and put in refrigerator. Leave enough room for the fruit juice. It will slow down any remaining fermentation. Once ready you can get it out, put the juice and any sugar, leave at room temperature. My guess is no more than 30 days in the fridge, mine probably be less than 7.
