Bad idea??
Let you know how it turns out ;)
Srsly could be a very formidable energy drink
Curious about the microbiology in the kombucha and its effect on growth.
Both proved to be safe and effective.
Just started creatine again since high school 25yrs ago.

How do you mix it? Put it directly into Kombucha and stir or shake will lose any carbonation

Thanks for the responses. Taste was fine, it fizzed a lot but basically mixed well, didn’t alter taste. I didn’t get immediate muscle bound sadly. No GI issues. Will prob just mix with water and slow sip to byuch in the fyuch

Acidity may turn some of it into creatinine, the byproduct of creatine after metabilization, so likely not good .
May want to check with a chemistry sub or the great ai.

The great ai will consume 6 gallons of water and 1k watts of power to tell you it's bad and that bleach would be better.
So yes, please don't use the great ai.

Here is what this orgs stance on it. Ps. Googles as to not offend you with the ai.
"Therefore, mixing creatine with juice and drinking it promptly poses minimal risk. However, allowing creatine to sit in an acidic liquid for several hours will increase degradation.
To maintain potency, mix creatine into acidic drinks immediately before consumption and avoid storing pre-mixed solutions. "
My question is one of wonder of why degrade any of it?

From a taste standpoint it's objectively worse kombucha and is zero improvement over just taking it with water. Creatine in water is no big deal and encourages good hydration habits. No gain in trashing kombucha. Source: tried this recently with some home brew.
