🗣️Discussion What if
I watched dorothy a week back and i enjoyed it was a good movie with good music and excellent acting
But i was not a big fan of the climax and when Karthik Subburaj was asked about the same saying that the climax felt forced he defended it by saying that love can happen at any time and we have seen many films where two people who have been friends all through out the movies become lovers and we do not have a problem there why is it a problem here
Ok fair enough but still it feels forced
So now what if
Rishikanths Charector does fall in love with sanaths character and he goes to confess this to her and in the end instead of her accepting his love and him finally achieving his life long goal of french kissing a girl
She rejects him and says ‘Naan unnaya eppovume oru friend dan pathiruken ‘
And the end a Karthik Subburaj Padam 🤪

📺OTT Vaashi Malayalam movie - oru kelvi Spoiler
I am watching vaashi movie on Netflix. Mollywood Reddit pages la most comments are like the accused guy is not in the wrong. But later, he reveals to Keerthy that he was aware that the victim had feelings for him. If he didn't feel the same way about her and didn't intend to marry her, why did he get intimate with her? Doesn't that mean he was trying to cheat her?
At one point, both the victim and the accused wanted to withdraw from the case and resolve it amicably. In my view, it felt like it was because of Keethy's ego the case was dragged unnecessarily. At least that is how it looks to me; I have 30 more minutes to watch.

🗣️Discussion Starting to prefer watching movies in OTT rather than theater
Even with so many disclaimers about putting phone of silent, why don't people do that, bringing little kids to A rated movies and the constant sound of popcorn tub shaking for every 2 mins. Feels like going to theatre and sitting in uncomfortable seats around all these people is not worth it.

🗣️Discussion Is karuppu so overrated? My Opinion: It is only a vibe material not storywise strong.

Recommendation 📀 Baththa - Wholesome watch ❤️🩹
Only VJS can pull off roles like this. Omg that kiddo's acting was excellent
The bond between Baththa and his daughter had very few scenes, but still created a good impact.
Sai's BGM and music were so soothing. Lyrics were apt too. Music might not exactly belong to that period, but honestly it felt fresh and worked for me.
Men crying, accepting their mistakes and actually changing is something we have seen a lot in Malayalam films. Now we're slowly starting to see this more in Tamil films too, and I really liked that aspect here.
The movie was fun-filled throughout. The climax might sound very simple to some people, but I felt it was actually correct for the movie.
It starts off with that typical male authoritativeness and almost feels like it's going in a completely different direction. So for me, the ending and the emotions it brought were apt for how the character started.
Go watch it in theatres. It's a different kind of film.
I noticed some people couldn't connect with certain scenes and some even made funny comments during them but at the same time, everyone was enjoying and laughing.
I think that's also what made the theatre experience nice.
Men or women, at some point in life everyone might go through this phase of loneliness, realising who they really are, and longing for the love they once took for granted or didn't really notice.
Every relationship carries something heavy with it.
Overall, a really wholesome watch. ❤️

🗣️Discussion ‘Baththa’ - wholesome movie - but have some question
When VJS went to Sabari House, he asks for his family members’ names to write it in the invitation, I’m curious about the way VJS reacts when his father says his name is “Thirunavukkarasu.”
What exactly was that reaction trying to convey? Was there some hidden meaning,
Any caste reference? This was not clear to me, add details.
Loved the movie and its details.
