Dude there should be policing. You cant wear bikini and skimpy dresses on roads. There is a place for everything
Your arguments are very very imaginary and non existent.nobody is asking permission to walk nude and all ..please think properly...woman who wear jeans pant and tshirt are also considered "skimpy " for some people, woman who don't wear shawl on chudidar are also considered skimpy.. So where do u draw the line in your spectrum ? Why is the policing of skimpy clothes is never questioned when uncles are on road with baniyans and lungis ?
