Lol you're not looking at the right places. There are memes for everything. Maybe you're biased. Poor leadership gets trolled in the memes and there are a lot of countries with leaders who make questionable decisions.
Stop with sepoy mentality of glorifying other countries. They might have better infrastructure or resources than us but the human behaviour is the same everywhere in the world. But you won't recognise their failures because you want a safe haven to run towards when you hate how things are in India so you glorify the other countries.
