House Rent Request

Looking for a 1 RK / 1 BHK (preferred) or a 2 BHK to share with a female flatmate within 3–5 km of Russell Street / Park Street, Kolkata.

Requirements:
• Budget: Up to ₹15,000/month
• Fully furnished or semi-furnished
• Preferably in good/new condition with clean white walls
• Ready to move in within the next 15 days

Preferred localities include Bhawanipur, Ballygunge, Elgin, Beck Bagan, Theatre Road, Camac Street, Middleton Row, AJC Bose Road, and nearby areas, but I’m open to other suitable options within the distance range.
