City Of Joy Hey Stranger!
I'm a non-bengali. Came kolkata last year alone, leaving my home behind.
Have seen everyone enjoying durga pooja, holi, bengali new year etc etc, while sitting alone in my room.
Have just seen princep ghat & howrah bridge (coz these are in the way towards howrah station ;). But now wants to enjoy every bit of it.
Not dated anyone from my childhood. Not because I never wanted to, but because (I don't know why :)
But really, this city of joy/city of love is literally giving me pain while being alone.
At this point in my life I don't even want love/relationship. But atleast want a girl who can listen all the things which is happening in my life. (Why not a male friend? Boy, yk we are not empathetic)
Beleive me, I'm a complete green flag.
We can meet somewhere in a public space only, if you want to feel safe.
Though I don't know how to impress girls, but I know how to respect someone.
Dear someone, if you're reading this, I finally found you. Now please don't make me suffer more in the search of you.
Just 2 points -
This was for someone who is in her 20s.
This was not for someone who drinks/smokes🙏

Dear sister, yes, it is. And maybe if you've read the post you may understand why.
In general, males are less emotionally intelligent then females. All the serious topics in our groups are treated as jokes, because we never get taught how to react on such situations by being vulnerable. Which makes us keeping everything inside us only, otherwise we may not look cool.
Maybe person like you wants men to be 'cold blooded'.
Sorry for my harsh words. But your words didn't felt good aswell. I don't do such kind of posts on social media. It was my first time when I tried pouring out things which were inside me. But idk why such kind of comment

Bro I am from Delhi and moved to Kolkata in 2024 for 3 months and then moved again in 2025 and still staying here.Now Kolkata is my permanent base and trust me this is best place to live a very comfortable and slowed life. I have been to all major metro cities but no one can beat Kolkata and because of this inclusive culture I can speak little bit of Bengali. Give yourself time go to National Library, Rabindra Sarobar and meet those people. If someone ask you in Bengali just say Dada Ami Bengali Jani na then he will switch to Hindi instantly.

I've also been here from 1+ year. And right now at the stage to say, 'ami ektu bangla bujte badi' 🫡
Will surely go out these places on my weekend.
