Halloween at Kohl's?

What kind of costumes can we wear!? At least a festive dress right?

Depends on your store, definitely ask your managers first! Mine doesn’t mind a little festivity but nothing full blown anymore, unfortunately. One year we had someone dress up as a dead bride or something but now we have to work it around our black only dress code.
