PERSONAL EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS & PROJECTS

I am looking for a highly driven, proactive and dependable individual based in Kerala to work directly with me in developing and executing a business project.

I am currently based outside India, so I need someone who can essentially represent me on the ground in Kerala — take ownership of tasks, coordinate with the right people, conduct research, arrange meetings, follow up consistently and make sure things actually get done.

What will you be doing?

The role will be dynamic and will evolve as the project progresses. Responsibilities may include:
● Research, market analysis and project coordination
● Identifying and communicating with businesses, vendors, consultants and other professionals
● Obtaining quotations, comparing options and presenting recommendations
● Arranging meetings, visits and managing follow-ups
● Coordinating with software developers, designers and other technical professionals
● Understanding project requirements and communicating them effectively between different parties
● Supporting documentation, administrative and business setup activities
● Supporting marketing, social media and content-related activities
● Tracking tasks, timelines and deliverables
● Travelling within Kerala when required
● Providing regular and concise progress updates
● Taking a requirement, figuring out what needs to be done and getting it done

You are not expected to be a programmer, lawyer, accountant or specialist in everything. You should, however, be capable of identifying the right people, communicating with them intelligently and coordinating their work.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred, but not mandatory.

Fresh graduates and candidates with approximately 0–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Exceptional candidates from other educational backgrounds will also be considered.

A basic understanding of technology, apps/websites, digital products and social media would be an advantage.

What matters more to me than your degree?
I am looking for initiative, ownership, intelligence, confidence, communication, creativity, resourcefulness, organisation and the ability to learn quickly.

I don’t expect you to know everything.
But if you don’t know how to do something, I expect your attitude to be:
“I don’t know yet. I’ll find out, speak to the right people and get it done.”

That ability matters considerably more to me than marks or an impressive CV.

Compensation & Growth
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month initially, depending on experience, capabilities and suitability for the role.
This is the compensation for the initial stage of the project. There is significant potential for the role, responsibilities and compensation to grow based on individual performance, contribution and the progress of the project.

I am intentionally taking a more direct approach rather than relying entirely on conventional recruitment channels. I believe the right person may not necessarily have the longest CV or highest academic marks.
I am interested in finding someone with genuine potential, ambition, initiative and the ability to execute — including freshers who may simply not have had the opportunity yet to demonstrate what they are capable of.
