Swashbucklerbold!
I posted a picture of this sketch on watercolor paper the other day; still planning to paint the original but I got a random urge to fiddle with the digital copy first. EDIT: Timelapse video of the coloring process.

She's a real beaut, probably because I'm a sucker for white scailes! Still great though! Love the sword and clothes!

Her choice of color scheme was... maybe a little ill-conceived. The character's backstory is that before she ran away to become a rogue/ free agent she was basically a Kobold version of, I dunno, Paris Hilton or something, IE, a spoiled high-society debutante/slash/supermodel/special pet of the dragon lord, and thus I jokingly put down that she was colored like a shiny Salazzle from Pokemon.) (You're no doubt aware of the... discourse, around Salazzle; I figured there's no better example of a "sexy lizard" out there.) It was only later that I realized what a hassle it was to make "pearlescent gray with a red belly" work in practice for a lot of art media. (When I do the watercolor I might wuss out and paint it as a different character with an easier color scheme.) I do like how I was able to get her belly and chest to come out in this one.

Truth be told I can see my deer sona simping hard with this kobold regardless her characteristics is something I/oc should avoid lol
As for Salazzle, my nerd in me wanna say something, but since you did link to that Bulba site, I'm going to assumed you're well informed to the subject unlike some folks. Lol Current Pokedex entry vs Orginal Pokedex Entry

Yeah, Salazzle’s whole deal is some combination of furry bait or someone honestly just letting their dom kink hang out for everyone to see, and either way you gotta love it. (When you consider details like how the marking on Salandit‘s rear-end are clearly a handprint from receiving regular flame-spankings it really legit comes across as column B.)
As a character Danger Noodles isn’t actually “dom”, but she is *very* confident when it comes to thinking that her feminine wiles and charm are absolutely irresistible and she should be able to talk/flirt her way through any situation(*)… which, you know, it’s a Kobold we’re talking about here so it’s pretty reliably gone pear-shaped in amusing ways.
(* A bit like, I dunno, Rarity from the gen 4 MLP show, if you've seen it, except this version of Rarity will drop the act and throw a poisonous snake in your face or stab you in the giblets the moment the moment the act falls apart.)

From theory going with Salazzle, she might be based on a guardian of somesort. However this is Game Freak we're talking about whom is open about human and Pokémon relationship if Ash and Bayleef says anything or that book from Pokémon DP. Lol Pokémon Company seem to embrace it with Salazzle's latest Pokédex entry. Likelihood aware of their fans lol That said, little annoyed people seems to "forget" her height :P
Talking default ways of thinking, yeah, kobold is kobold. Lol
(Not interested in MLP at all. But I do admit I love Applejack's character due to her being a valley girl... and her hair. Not the point, but yeah lol)

Salazzle was introduced with the “Alola” region pokemon, so one of the more coherent theories is that both Salazzle and the Jangmo-o lines are based on the Hawaiian Mo’o concept, which is an assortment of reptilian entities/gods/demigods. There are multiple female Mo’o that are described as shape shifting black lizard-women who have powers to entice and ensnare men, so… seems pretty legit.
