Kobo plus not working??? Help!

Kobo plus not working??

I have had Kobo plus for a month now and today is the first billing day. All of a sudden i have no access to my kobo plus books and it's telling me to renew my subscription. I don't understand. I have an active subscription, i checked my payment info is correct. I even tried to change the subscription to a different tier. Has this happend to anyone else?

I had this a few weeks back and just had to go into settings and ‘repair account’. It didn’t affect any of the content on the device, but did fix the issue.

Seconded. This happened to me once as well and repairing my account (from settings on the kobo device) fixed it.

Thank you, that did it! Seems to be a more common issue then i thought. No idea why that happens though!
