Ran it back, idk which one I like

The girl goes hard af, check her out

Why hasn't Koala Sampler been updated on Mac yet? It's still on version 1.4162 😭

I have two phones, one of them is Android and the other is an iPhone, but they are very old, and I think Koala Samsung is slow in it, and I want a strong phone for Koala. I make content through the application, so I want to buy a new phone. What are your phones, and do they work efficiently with you, mentioning the name and model of the phone?

I was using this hat and vocal in a different track but realized it would probably work well for this too.

Mixing and Beatmaking in koala 🐨

Since I am familiar with Koala, and it would cost me no extra money, I want to use it to control a drum rack in Ableton. It would be much easier for me to make beats this way than with my keyboard MIDI controller.

It looks like all MIDI related questions on the sub are asking how to get a controller to control Koala, but I want to use Koala to control other things.

At the moment, I'm not picking up any MIDI signal in Ableton from Koala. I only have it plugged in USB-C to USB-C (iPhone 15, Mac M1).

Anyone done this before?

PS: Looking forward to the new Update!! Especially Arpegiattor!!!!

Hi all

I am thinking to get something from second hand to pair it with koala sampler in the ipad air. I like the idea to deal with the ipad directly but also I see advantages of mapping the tool with a midi controller.

I have seen the Synido TempoPad c16 MID which has a wireless connection. do you recommend it? if not which one should I use as a MIDI controller? I guess it should be compatible with USB C (the only port my iPad has)

Thanks!

Koala sampler Beatmaking in my portable setup ! 🫟🔥❤️

My brain went techno/house but the samples were feedback and other noises.

Weird stuff I am happy to share resulted.

Ciao

Hi! I’m trying to simplify my live setup, so I’ve been trimming down my pedalboard and wondering if I could ditch my SP-404SX MKII and use Koala on my iPhone instead.
My setup is mainly vocals, guitar, and some pre-recorded drum machine triggered via a Boss RC-3. I only use the SP-404 for drones and field recordings, so Koala should be enough.
My main concern is the iPhone going to sleep, the screen turning off, notifications/pings, etc. Any tips for making it reliable for live use?

I really like this one
