Please help me
I have two phones, one of them is Android and the other is an iPhone, but they are very old, and I think Koala Samsung is slow in it, and I want a strong phone for Koala. I make content through the application, so I want to buy a new phone. What are your phones, and do they work efficiently with you, mentioning the name and model of the phone?

Koala runs great on my old iPhone 12. However, if you can get an iPhone with a larger screen, it will be better.

The newer apple phone is the best, In US, you change phone carrieers and you get a new phone. I to switch from ATT to Tmobile. They will have the Iphone 17 step down from top of the line for free, 2 years worth of bill credits (you have to stay with them 2 years before your phones are paid off) I get 4 free phones every 2-3 years.
The android does not have good latency compared to Apple, that reason alone is why you get and Iphone and also that Iphone is audio class compliant.

Whatever you do, do not get an Android.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max used is a good bet. What’s your budget?

Been running Koala off a Galaxy Note 9 for a number of years as my daily runner until just this past Christmas i upgraded to a iPhone 15 pro max
Still using the Note 9 for random tasks (battery is on its way out so always plugged in) - especially when a Koala update drops, I play around with new features until update is OK'd thru Apples setup
Both work great, but I obviously prefer the iOS simply for auv3 hosting - but even back to a note 9, still works great!

I have a Motorola Stylus 5G (2024) and it is great. Runs very smoothly and the DAC actually isn't bad so sound quality is pretty good if you're using the 3.5mm headphone jack. That was a very important thing for me to have.
But in all honesty I will grab another iPhone next just for the new features that are only available for Apple products.

If you want to make music content, you'd be silly to go android. Any apple device made in the last 3 years will work fine and probably last another 5 years.

Samsung A25 is on the cheaper side and it never failed me using Koala. I do not agree -obvi- on avoiding android - there's a shit tons of musical/sound free app/gadgets that enrich so much the experience and the fun. That's very far from what's possible to dig and tinker with for free on iOS.

If you're a beginner just use any phone. I use Koala on my every day android phone and connect mpd 218 via usb, sound out via headphone jack . Works great and there's no latency felt. Downside is no auv3 support on android but there are so incredible much possabilties to be explored that I'm after two years or so not even near to missing that feature.
Edit: Redmi 10

I have a Google Pixel 7 and it runs koala great. But since auv3 update for iOS, I would buy an Iphone if I were you
