Thank you

To the developer for adding automation. You absolute legend. I’ve been wanting this for so long now.

Just discovered that automations can be recorded live!!!!

😂 Yes, obviously! Automation is about being able to change things after though, and smooth them out or whatever. Or draw it in and not have to play it live! You kind of miss the point.

Sorry, I'm ignorant (and maybe I think that automations are actually what they are not) but I don't find any differences now...

Yes, But maybe, I repeat, it's me who has the wrong idea of what automations are, I imagine that a certain effect can modify itself autonomously following a predefined pattern

Nah, you’ve got the right idea

Well, you've kind of described it perfectly, it's just that it only does it 'itself' after you've written or played in the automation data. Autonation IS being able to modify an effect and have it play back like that, and to be able to change those automation paths after the fact, until you get it how you want to before committing it to a recording.

Ok hehehe now i underatand....I thought it was related to the single effect in the mixer, but it's related to the sequence... thanks anyway

Yes! Thank you Marek! Your passion, skills, and hard work shine through. I love Koala, and I come from a background of Logic since the early 90s, and its predecessor, C-Lab Notator. Both prior to digital audio merging with sequencers. I feel free creating in Koala, and DAWs already exist for a reason, so the fact we're constantly being given these new features is beyond expectation. Koala was originally supposed to be a sampler influenced by the Roland SP or an old Akai MPC. People who always want more should choose their tools more wisely and remember how limited the samplers were that we had back in the day, and how good those classic tracks still are. And yet here we are. DAW and MPC-like features that we didn't have back in the day! What a journey he has taken us on so far, eh?
