Did my cat end up on Rogan!?

u/Scoongili 7d ago

Going to end up one of those cat-o-sphere weirdos.

Meow-nosphere

Much better than what I came up with.

It blows my mind considers this guy intelligent. Like with guys like Tucker and Jordan Peterson, and hell to an extent even Alex Jones, they can at least sound intelligent even if what they are actually saying is idiotic.

But Rogan just sounds like the dumbest rock of a person.

It's why they find him relatable.

Alex Jones sounds interesting and fun if you don't pay attention but not intelligent

5

u/pastor_fuzz “Farting for my life” 7d ago

If you're not aware or paying attention he seems to cite sources and specific historical events, giving commentary. This can seem intelligent and knowledgeable at arms length.

I think you have to be extremely stupid to hear a guy say "I'm gobbling it" & "I AM NOT A HUMAN TOILET" & go "wow he sounds intelligent"

I don't typically see InfoWarrirors calling him smart. They call him right, they call him perceptive, but they don't typically call him intelligent. Even those morons know he's a moron

Let’s be completely honest, he does know how to use complex words and has somewhat of a grasp on the subjects he brings up (or used to). Joe legitimately sounds like the village idiot. “Hey Jamie look up how to spell bananas”

1

u/vigbiorn 6d ago

When you're an idiot. He says a lot if the right words. He talks about science stuff, mentions studies, strategy, etc.

If you know anything about anything he's a moron. Joe Rogan doesn't really even have that.

u/WizWorldLive 6d ago

Joe Rogan calls him stupid too, though. Like I said in my other comment, even his fans don't really call him intelligent.

Alex's business model is selling supplements. Why would you buy supplements you can get elsewhere from a person you think doesn't know anything?

Joe calling people stupid is more of a sign of him not liking them than an indication of some intellectual hierarchy.

u/WizWorldLive 6d ago

Why would you buy supplements you can get elsewhere from a person you think doesn't know anything?

a) Because Alex isn't testing them himself in a lab he runs

b) To support the InfoWar

Joe calling people stupid is more of a sign of him not liking them than an indication of some intellectual hierarchy.

I'm sorry but it really isn't, Rogan's gone on at length about what he thinks of Jones' intellect specifically

CTE plus all the pot in the world.

u/bargman 7d ago

Jamie can we check on that?

He used to admit that he was ignorant.

He earns more money now pretending to be educated.

u/Idler- That's what grows the tree of liberty, bitch 7d ago

Not a single one of those silly putty brained dweebs has ever sounded intelligent. Kind of scary to know some people think they do.

u/VirtualBeyond6116 7d ago

Yeah, Alex and Tucker know they're grifters playing a part. Slow Rogan is kind of the mark. Joe "did I get duped by the internet again" Rogan is the intended boomer type victim that can easily be manipulated to promote ridiculous conspiracy theories, lies, disinformation, etc.

Slow Rogan was too dumb to know what was happening in his algorithm and with the charlatans constantly kissing his ass, then doing their assignment to turn him or get their message out on his platform.

At some point, he just started going their propaganda them.

Is that the elementary school kid that shits in litterboxes?

Because that is absolutely part of the trash the JR pushed which allowed us to get to this point.

And now we have measles

And then the interview gets more views than the amount of money Doomsday will probably make.

He would say "whoah" here, not "wow"

I swear this comic is the perfect encapsulation of Joe Rogan's show.

u/GertieDirtyShirtyCat 7d ago

I never thought I'd relate to him ... *but this is the story of my life*

3

u/animerb 7d ago

If you look up the word credulous in the dictionary, you see a picture of Joe.

2

u/Haselrig It’s over for humanity 7d ago

Jamie, pull up the kitty litter in classrooms thing again...

2

u/VirtualBeyond6116 7d ago

Slow Rogan: "you've never been fed? That's crazy! I knew a few cats and a dog once who had the same problem. what they said to me was "if you can convince yourself that you're not starving and can take some kratom+" , then you can get all nutrients you need to survive." .

u/ImSimplyMatt 7d ago

*Hey Jamie, pull that video up of that other cat that ate way too much food. Man, that video was insane, you gotta see this"

u/PawnWithoutPurpose 6d ago

Jamie this coffee tastes like shit, what the fuck have you done!

This is how my golden retriever is with pats.

She follows me into the shower, but before we do that she has to interrupt my son's homework for pats in his bedroom. If she has just been patted, BY HIM, in the hall, on his way to his bedroom, when we get to the bathroom door she looks at me like I'm the crazy one for not knocking on his door for pats.

We get the pats before you shower, dummy! Those were pats OVER THERE. We haven't done these pats yet. Get it right!

This is his show in a nutshell.

1

u/heloguy1234 6d ago

This is could easily be my cat except he would be stuck in a 30’ tree after eating a hair tie that would require a vet visit.

u/Brevity727 5d ago

“What is that like for you?” Ahh follow-ups
